Each year the Monroe Jaycees do a number of projects that bring entertainment to community and provide valuable support for many local projects. For over forty years the Monroe Jaycees end there year with the Christmas Shopping Tour. This event gives children from a community a chance to have a Christmas that otherwise would not.
